The ANDERS Eindhoven Foundation sought a local entrepreneur willing to do a project for a family living in poverty. Dirk completed the project, removing a broken sink and expertly installing a new one! He managed to find time in his busy schedule for this project. This demonstrates Dirk's commitment to socially responsible entrepreneurship, which is fantastic. Thank you for that. We also recommend Dirk for his pleasant and professional communication style, which is absolutely fantastic!

Our bathroom looks beautiful! Unfortunately, Mr. Bakermans was rather quick to take offense at a comment we made about the grounding in the bathroom. It wasn't done according to standards! And therefore unsafe. We were "interfering" too much, otherwise we'd have had to stop and figure it out ourselves. After a lot of hassle, he sent a "real" electrician who adjusted the grounding as specified. Dirk had his staff finish the bathroom but didn't bother to come and see the final result himself. Very unprofessional. Especially for a project costing over €20,000. As a customer, you're not allowed to see what's happening. It's a shame, because the bathroom would have been great advertising for his website.

Extremely satisfied with the AtotZ renovation of our bathroom. The result is a polished bathroom in every respect. Communication throughout the entire process was smooth, and all issues were resolved efficiently. The staff was also customer-friendly, professional, and consistently involved in the overall project. I was also glad that the bathroom fixtures were also ordered from Maatwerk Heeze. It prevents a lot of disappointment for the customer. In short, I highly recommend Dirk Bakermans.

A reliable company with highly flexible and professional staff. All agreements were met according to a three-month schedule, and through constructive consultation, many adjustments and/or improvements were made during the work. In 2021, we discussed the preparations with Dirk for a complete renovation of the ground floor. This included the living room, side room, kitchen and utility room, bathroom, toilets, entrance, and hallway. The price-quality ratio is certainly excellent. We also contacted several of Dirk's clients, who were also satisfied. The work carried out [from January 3 to March 28, 2022] included: replacing the entire underfloor heating system on the ground floor, replacing the central heating boiler, tiling the entire ground floor floor, tiling the toilets and bathroom, replacing sanitary installations and associated pipework, suspended ceilings, electrical installation, and moving/laying interior walls and plastering. The collaboration and coordination with suppliers and other subcontractors [including...] was also excellent. Snoeien&Luyten - interior, Martens - tiling, Van de Kerkhof - plastering, all went smoothly. We set up a small, heated "canteen" in the garden shed for the construction workers. This was very much appreciated. In short, we are extremely satisfied; everything works, and the result is even better than expected. Compliments to the Dirk Bakermans team. Photos will follow later.
