I'm a little late with my review, but better late than never. Initially, I had very pleasant conversations with Mrs. Clerx. She listened attentively to our concerns and thought along with us. Getting an appointment took a little longer, but that was understandable; that's just how all companies are. When Mr. Clerx arrived and got to work right away, we immediately noticed his expertise.
