Tried reaching out by email — silence. Tried calling — number switched off or not in service. If a business can’t be reached on either channel, it’s not just inconvenient, it’s unprofessional. Two stars, because frankly, there’s no point advertising services if nobody can actually get through.

Our water heater broke, we called them in the morning they had the parts in stock and were here in the afternoon resolving the problem. They plumber was very friendly and patient with all my questions. They invoiced us a very reasonable price. Will definitely be using their services again in the future.

A disappointing company that promises a lot but delivers nothing. No quote and absolutely no feedback, except empty promises. A company you can't trust. This company is only worth one shooting star.

I commissioned LBB to install a new bathroom, and we're incredibly happy with the result! The team, and especially Corne, the installer, were fantastic. Corne worked very professionally and clearly had a lot of experience. He was very helpful with the layout and provided valuable tips that truly elevated our bathroom. All in all, a fantastic experience, and we would definitely recommend LBB to anyone looking to have a new bathroom installed.

They were able to help us out of a huge jam on short notice with a leak caused by the underfloor heating installer laying the trenches. A very neat and friendly installer as well!
