DO NOT KEEP APPOINTMENTS. I had an appointment at 12 noon. I received a call after 12 noon to say they were running late. I didn't mind. Around 1 p.m., I received a call saying I had personal circumstances and that the company would call me back this week for a new appointment. I didn't hear back from them all week. Now, two weeks later, I called myself. The company couldn't find my number... very strange... But I was able to schedule a new appointment, but only in 3 or 4 weeks. POOR SERVICE DO NOT KEEP APPOINTMENTS

We left voicemail messages several times, both on the landline and mobile number. We haven't received any calls back. We were urgently requested at least three times to order parts and repair the mechanical ventilation system. The repair was not carried out, and we haven't heard from the company again.

Appointments aren't kept, and after a few weeks, Schaik doesn't respond. Then, the promise to come back as soon as possible was unfortunately three weeks ago. So, never again...

Mr. Schaik did an excellent job maintaining our house's downspouts using durable, high-quality materials. Everything went as agreed! Contact with Mr. Schaik was very pleasant, and I'll definitely use him again if I need a plumber in the future.
