This company is not professional at all! I was charged for more than €950 only for unclogging my kitchen drainage!! Normal price is only between €70-100 based on previous experiences. They came 3 times, sending 3 groups of people, trying sewer spring (rioolveer), cleaning machine (leidingreinigingsmachine), sulfuric acid (zwavelzuur), and hydro pomp in sequent to solve the problem but all in vain. In the end they still chose sewer spring, kept pushing and pushing, and problem was solved…. Aside from these, they are so careless on handling dangerous sulfuric acid, ruining my garden pavement and pebbles, as well as my water cooker, leading to my loss of more than €600. Highly unrecommended!

To remove a radiator in the bedroom. The radiator is 1 meter long and 40 cm high. I received a bill for €460.67 for 5 hours of labor. A week beforehand, I went with my iPad to explain the situation using photos. The appointment was for 2 hours of work for one technician. On September 30th, two technicians came. They didn't have the right materials, so he had to return. He returned after half an hour. I was billed for these hours. When they were finished, I had to sign a blank work order. I was supposed to enter the hours at the office. This was a stupid mistake on my part. This bill was unacceptable to me. After much discussion, the bill was reduced to €250. Conclusion: make a fixed price agreement with this company, or you'll be ripped off.

This company gets LESS than one star from me. They charge exorbitant prices, while the craftsmanship is completely lacking. And if you complain, they are unprofessional and very unfriendly to customers!
