A terrible experience. When we tried to contact them, they only responded after we called to ask why they weren't responding to our emails. Not the best start. We then made an appointment anyway. Two days before the appointment, they called (while we were at work). We called back, but there was no answer. Then, they unilaterally rescheduled the appointment to a day that wasn't an option for us. We replied to the email stating this was a unilateral rescheduling. Again, no response to our email. We called to ask what the next step was; then we were treated terribly. They first denied that they had unilaterally rescheduled the appointment by email: "They always call." When I explained that we'd missed the call because we were at work, they responded: "You can just call back as you do now, otherwise, the schedule will just continue." There was no customer focus or any professionalism during this conversation. If you want reliability, don't do business with these people. They maintain poor contact, unilaterally change agreements and are downright rude on the phone.

Excellent service! The shower only provided boiling water - but the men from/via Boonstra fixed this in no time. It couldn't be fixed the first time, but with Rudy's emergency solution, it was solved in no time...! I was already used to the hot-cold tap; but this week they called me to (on their own initiative) fix the thermostatic valve. I was really pleasantly surprised; and even though I had overslept for the appointment, they still showed up that same morning (okay, who am I kidding, that same afternoon)! Excellent. Rudy - top-notch. Thanks! Keep up the good work. Boonstra installation & As for me? Absolutely HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I've now hired this company twice to do work at my home. The first time, everything was handled perfectly. The second time, there were minor issues, but they were resolved perfectly after I reported them. Congratulations again on that.

Please do not hire this company. After a previous experience, I decided to see how long the technician would be inside to check the toilet. They were barely inside for 15 minutes, and yet they charged the full hourly rate. After calling, the administrative representative couldn't contain her frustration and couldn't properly answer questions about why they were charging this amount. Customers are treated unfairly. They're referred to the website, where, incidentally, the information is also incorrect.
