If we could give ten stars, we would. Truly a top-notch company! First of all, the initial contact and the speed with which we received a quote were exceptional. Ruud and Daniël visited us to discuss our needs. We received clear and sound advice, and Ruud, Daniël, and Esther all had excellent ideas to help us get started. Secondly, we had excellent conversations about our bathroom and our wishes. All possibilities (and impossibilities) were discussed, and just as importantly, we felt very welcome and well-supported. Finally, the final result, and it's truly impressive! Daniël arrived on time every day, and I practically had to force him downstairs to get a cup of coffee. What a hard worker! Everything was discussed thoroughly, and even a little extra time was a given. An extra hour or so, and even finishing the job on Saturday, was no problem. Everything was taken care of down to the last detail. We also had a great laugh with Daniël, which made it all perfect. We'll definitely be using Vakon again. We're truly thrilled with this high-quality, family-owned business. We hope to see you in Voorschoten for many years to come, and we'll definitely recommend you.
