#poor service #job not finished #high invoice #not kept to agreements. I called JONKER to fix two leaking faucets. After 10 minutes, they left and said they would return within a few days to finish the job. They didn't. The invoice stated that the missing parts were no longer available. Their work van had been parked outside for a long time after they were "finished," and that time was added to the bill! ("According to the black box, the technicians were working here," the director said.) So I called them with this story, saying they were supposed to call back, but they didn't. I did receive a high invoice and the job was NOT finished.

The first time was excellent and the service was quick. The second time took quite a while, communication and scheduling were difficult or sometimes incorrect, and the high bill was disproportionate. Both times the service was excellent, don't get me wrong! I hope that high bill goes to the handymen and not the salesperson/planner.
