I've been a customer of these people for 36 years and I don't regret it for a second. Always fast service, friendly technicians. Even the office staff had a problem. When you treat them kindly, they treat the "customer" kindly too.

Truly stunned. After 25 years as a loyal customer, left out in the cold like this 😩 Central heating needs maintenance. Try making an appointment. Tried several times. The employee in question isn't there and they say they'll call us back. No way. No schedule available, probably won't be this year. 800 people waiting ahead of us. Huh... They only have one technician (?) on staff who also has other work to do. Van der Laan, what happened to your company? We're not used to this from you. That we can't get help right away, like a la, but it's been months now. Reading the reviews, we're apparently not the only ones. Too bad, really too bad. Very disappointed!

"...Broken water heater, so no hot water, no shower, can you come quickly?" "Yes, no problem, Monday is fine, just call to schedule an appointment." "No, this week is not possible, just send me an email." After a few emails and a few weeks, I suddenly received a phone call during the day: "We can come by now..." "But I'm at work..." "Yes, of course we have to work too..." (really???) A few more weeks and emails later: "If you can make time on another day, please let us know." This was my response: "Madam, it's my job. I make a living from my work. It's not a hobby I can dedicate myself to. I work." I am shocked by the lack of customer service from this company. They even pretend to care about their regular customers. I'm not asking for a favor." Still a broken water heater, so no hot water, no shower.

I've never had such bad agreements with a company. The work at my house was supposed to take 1 to 4 days. Two months later, they've been there a total of 3 days, and they've canceled appointments 3 times, 2 of which they simply didn't show up without notification. The men who come are generally good at their jobs, but it's always a question of whether/when they'll actually show up.

Broken downpipe was repaired perfectly and very quickly by technician v Dijk. Very satisfied with the work performed and the service.
