The engineer provided excellent assistance with a bathroom problem and the maintenance of the boiler. The work was carried out efficiently, and I initially had a good impression of the service. Unfortunately, it turned out that the boiler's top-up tap hadn't been properly closed, which eventually led to a significant leak from the attic to the hallway. Fortunately, I was able to take immediate action and contact my insurance company, which quickly resolved the issue. During further contact with the company, a misunderstanding arose that was perceived as unpleasant. Ultimately, this turned out to be a miscommunication, but it could have been handled more amicably and professionally. Unfortunately, the error was never acknowledged, effectively escaping the company's liability. This is unfortunate, as it was clearly an insurance issue that could have been easily resolved. My advice to others: always check after work that everything is properly closed, or take a photo if necessary, to avoid any surprises later. Despite this experience, I appreciate the engineer's dedication and hope the company will act on this feedback.
