I called them to inquire about the boiler system, I was told to email. I sent an email, but no response. Simply, I was ignored.

I've been a customer with a service/maintenance contract with Romijnders for years. During these cold days, I was faced with a broken central heating water pipe and was treated extremely poorly. I spoke to a very unfriendly employee. First, he claimed I didn't have a contract, which later turned out to be untrue. Then he told me I'd still have to pay an €80 call-out fee and €120 per hour. That really made me wonder: what do I even have a service/maintenance contract for? Since I had no other choice, I was planning to accept it. To my surprise, I was then told I wouldn't be able to get help for another two days. Incomprehensible. I immediately canceled my contract and absolutely do not recommend this company.

A truly worthless company. Been a customer for years, but when it matters, they're not there for you: - Boiler broke down, they make you wait four days before even getting a quote for new parts - Then they charge around a 40% margin on the parts - In discussions, they refer to terms and conditions that don't exist - They take no responsibility for any mistakes they make themselves - When you sign a maintenance contract, they claim to check the system. Apparently, they don't do that completely, and if a problem arises, they deny everything In short: this is a very unreliable and rude company. Another update: another company serviced the boiler. Romijnders has done that every year. We are now facing additional costs because the boiler has been poorly maintained.

A very bad experience with Romijnders. My central heating boiler in my rental property indicated an F62 gas leak. I called at 5:30 PM, and it's 4 degrees outside, but no one comes to look. They say over the phone that the circuit board is broken without checking. The technician knows this over the phone, even though it was replaced three years ago. So now I'm dealing with a gas leak. I have a cold, so I can't smell anything. I'm just waiting until tomorrow and hoping they call back because they apparently can't respond well after a workday. I'll have to take extra time off work and hope this gets resolved. It's truly ridiculous that they don't even come by and just fob you off until tomorrow. Their website says 24-hour service, but it's clearly only until 5:00 PM. To be continued.
