[Jan10] The quality of their work is quite poor. Our bathroom tiles doesn’t look okay right after the warranty…They are quite professional at calculating years of the warranty instead of doing the work … 🙁 [Jan25 Update] Construction company came and checked the damage. They confirmed that cracked tiles are caused by the force of building. It is still under warranty. Indeed, it's not Loek Lommers responsibility. But Loek Lommers did proactively response to my comment. Hence, change my rating. [Feb09 Update] The repair request has been sent to Loek Lommers before Jan27. However, no response after 2 weeks. change my rating again … : (

We are very happy with Loek Lommers. Showroom: The showroom is a large, well lit space with a wide selection of tiles of all varieties. The staff are very helpful and responsive. Delivery & Communications: Loek Lommers were responsive and clear in their communications with us. Tilework: We requested their assistance in tiling our kitchen backsplash. Their tiler - Thijs, was a pleasure to work with. He informed us beforehand of this arrival, and arrived exactly on time. His work was clean, precise and very efficient. No wastage of tiles, and very swift. Thijs discussed design elements while laying the tiles. He also cleaned up the space neatly afterwards. Overall, we are very happy with this business and highly recommend them.

Received an invoice 20%+ more than the actual work done, asked the question the next working day and only got an answer in 7 weeks (incl. 3 weeks holiday). The reply was short and cold: you are wrong (no explanation), pay the invoice this week. Also the invoice included 1 entire box of tiles, which I have never seen, but I'm asked to pay anyway. For me this is the very example of bad customer communication. If one is looking for a contractor to do the work, and doesn't mind paying more than the work actually being done, I guess you wouldn't be disappointed. To the response below: Thanks for the prompt reply. Definitely an improvement compared with the 7 weeks. The work was done in the house, not on the drawing. Also the invoice is sent by this company, not any 3rd party. If you are trying to say it's wrong invoice based on wrong numbers, a natural solution would be to update those numbers??
