The real estate agent pressured my elderly parents, telling them they'd be put back at the bottom of the list if they didn't accept the rental apartment. He promised in writing that the defects would be resolved within four weeks, then backed off completely before the ink was dry, referring them to the rental company Eresm, for which he acts as an intermediary. Don't fall for it! Zero support, and after almost a year and a half, the defects are still far from resolved.
