A while ago, after a leak in the wall, I was without water for six weeks because the colleagues I have a maintenance contract with had to order a part for my pipe. After six weeks, I was told I had to wait another month and a half because they were so busy, some people were sick, and they had no one. After calling Littel, I was a bit at my wit's end, and the problem was resolved the same day. Guys, real service still exists. Littel is top-notch. From now on, I know where to go when I have plumbing problems.

Last Tuesday, I had a leak in my water softener. I couldn't find anyone, and the companies/people weren't available. I called Paul, and he was able to help me out the same day! Right on time, super friendly, and a true professional. I've definitely found my future plumber! Thanks for everything, Paul, and it was a wonderful time over a cup of coffee. 100/10!!!

We had a leak in the living room, which stopped the central heating from working and left us without hot water. Due to an error by RSS Plumbers, the leak had moved to a higher point. We called Paul Littel, who came the next day and got to work right away. He installed a new section of pipe, and we were able to shower wonderfully again! He was incredibly helpful and quick. Highly recommended!

Our Nefit boiler was leaking a significant amount of water. We contacted Littel, who, based on a few photos of the inside of the boiler, confirmed that the hydroblock was leaking, which is apparently a known issue with Nefit boilers. He advised us to contact Nefit to report this, but Nefit only accepts reports from installers, so Paul took care of that for us. He also visited us to show us how we could temporarily stop the water leak. I think the service is truly excellent, so definitely worth a review.
