Excellent and friendly service. I'm having some issues with my Mitsubishi air conditioning. They're taking it seriously and have already replaced a part, inspected the air conditioning thoroughly, and made some adjustments so it's working properly again.

I requested a quote for maintenance on a 1-year-old air conditioner. After a few days, I sent a friendly reminder to check if the email had arrived. The supplier responded by asking why I wasn't having the installer do the maintenance. Their explanation was that they were far away, the call-out charges were rather high, and I wanted to sign an annual contract. The answer was, "I'm not interested, we only do our own installations." Very unfriendly!!! The email could have been a more polite response. So, 1 star!!
