I contacted this company because it was listed as one of the service partners in the documentation for a property I'm about to rent. To my surprise, I was immediately referred because I was "too far away"—without any recommendation or alternative. If anyone from this company is reading this: customers are often willing to pay extra for good service and professional maintenance. The way I was treated today was disappointing and far from customer-focused.

Update: We also asked Licher to install a hybrid heat pump. Initially, there were some problems finding the right settings, but with a lot of perseverance, the system is now running smoothly. I'm glad I chose this company, because the aftercare is truly excellent. Thanks, guys! Lichér came to our home to discuss the quote and explore the options for installing the air conditioning. This resulted in all the pipes being neatly routed across the attic, minimizing the visibility of the air conditioning system in the bedrooms. Neatly installed within a day by two friendly professionals. During the installation, they made a modification to the power supply, which resulted in an unsolicited refund. Our boiler has been serviced by Lichér for years. They schedule an appointment every year, always on time. In the event of an emergency, they're there as quickly as possible. They look for the best solution for the customer, and if that's the cheapest, they just roll with the punches without comment. I've never felt like this company carried out unnecessary repairs. Another thing they have in their favor: a stable workforce. That says a lot about a company.
