I have my reservations about a number of negative reviews regarding this real estate agent, but it is a fact that they have been noted and that Leygraaf itself is not responding to them. The latter, incidentally, is to my own great surprise, because when you have nothing to hide, you surely always at least make yourself heard. That is indeed a point of fundamental criticism that I am not ignoring; however, I must of course also strictly articulate my own experience in a review, and moreover, the most serious criticism comes from people who have barely written a review before, and I have seen this happen before and frequently, such as with 'Uitvaart24'. Often, this involves serious envy and hostility seeking an outlet in this way. It is also often striking that aggressive one-line 'reviews' sometimes receive multiple likes, and then you know almost certainly that it is merely a smear campaign. Incidentally, a company must always respond, even then—under difficult circumstances. However, people often underestimate how important Google reviews actually are; those reviews are truly the easiest for everyone to access and are provided without any filter! And believe me, *every* reader can tell immediately from a review whether there is sabotage, frustration, or something else involved. My experience with Leygraaf has simply been good so far, and I have dealt with the company several times already. For example, a valuation was carried out thoroughly and professionally and presented in a voluminous report that left nothing to be desired. The real estate agent also handles large new-build projects like 'Dockside' entirely on her own, and you can bet that generates envy in the area. Moreover, being a real estate agent is an unregulated profession in the Netherlands; it is therefore unprotected, though somewhat protected through the NVM. Leaving something as important as a real estate agent unprotected in the boreal world of NW Europe is personally hard for me to grasp. In a Southern European country like Italy, for example, it is even completely unthinkable... I will keep you updated on whether my recent visit there also yields the desired results; more soon, then, but so far, I have absolutely no reason to doubt this office. By the way, I am man enough to significantly adjust my earlier ideas if necessary, don't worry about that! ;) Oh yes, another nice detail: Kennedy and Herman are hanging opposite each other in the office, see the photos! It took some getting used to and I wouldn't do it that way myself, but I do like a 'challenge'. And I think Leygraaf does too.

My initial connection with the real estate agent, Van Leygraaf, was excellent: professional, honest, and dedicated. Unfortunately, this quickly fell apart when she became ill and someone else took over the sale without consulting her. There was no strategy, no creativity, and above all, no commitment. I held plenty of viewings, but the agent couldn't address any negative points, resulting in no offers. When I asked to explore other options, such as styling, new photos, or a fresh approach, all I received was a significant price reduction. No initiative, no drive. When I suggested I contact other agents, they said "fine" – and that says it all. The owner tried to rectify the situation, but their trust was gone. There was also no leniency in the settlement process. Ultimately, I switched agents, which I should have done much sooner.
