After visiting the showroom, we immediately knew we wanted Bart to renovate our stairs. From the very beginning, we received excellent help and advice. Excellent service and a beautiful result We first contacted Level2 about two years ago to renovate our staircase, which was in dire need of a makeover. At the time, we were still in the middle of our renovation and didn't have the budget to proceed immediately. Despite this, we received clear advice on how we could potentially renovate our staircase ourselves, initially verbally, followed by a suggestion to email it. This was a perfect example of the excellent thinking you can expect from Bart. Recently, almost two years later, with a new family on the way, we decided to take action. We visited the Level2 showroom to discuss colors and finish options. They were very helpful in finding the best possible, cost-effective way to renovate our staircase. A few weeks later, when we indicated our intention to proceed, Bart came by again to assess the situation, review the quote, and check all the details. In the first phase, our open staircase to the attic was closed off. During the work, I realized I'd overlooked something. No problem, fifteen minutes later someone was there with the materials to fix it. We've had several professionals visit us over the past two years, but the service at Level2 is truly on a different level. They consider every detail, are accessible and responsive, and they truly deliver. With Level2, you feel like you're getting advice from a good friend instead of a company, and that's unique.
