Extremely poor service... After they serviced my central heating system, I constantly had air in the pipes. I have to bleed everything every four days. After calling Lestrade, a technician came and spent a total of five minutes looking at my system before concluding that I should install an automatic air vent and reduce the pressure in the system (which I had already researched online). He spent more time typing on his tablet than actually helping me with my problem... After this, he left after a total of 31 minutes at my house, and then sent me an invoice for 45 minutes of work plus call-out charges. After calling their administration and explaining the situation, they told me I should Google the problem before calling a technician. Extremely unprofessional and extremely poor service. I'm going to figure it out myself from now on!

Even one star is too much for this miserable group of people. An unreliable organization that doesn't honor agreements and reschedules them up to six times. They then call in a debt collection agency even though services have been canceled. And then they claim that a phone call isn't enough, despite the confirmation from the woman on the phone. I advise everyone to absolutely avoid doing business with this incredibly bad company.

After years of having a maintenance contract with Lestrade Service, I really needed a new boiler after 25 years! After coffee and an explanation of the work, two installers started demolishing the old VR boiler and preparing for the new HR boiler. Difficult connections in the attic and downstairs in a small space. They worked constantly and kept going. Finished well after 6 p.m. They also took away all the boxes and leftover materials (including the old boiler, which I heard isn't always easy) and cleaned up the attic and downstairs areas. Kudos to these guys. What a job it was!

Unfortunately, our 14-year-old boiler had died. We called from a freezing house in the morning, and by 4 p.m., a new boiler was installed, and we were all warm and cozy again. Absolutely fantastic. Thanks, Team Lestrade!
