Over the past three days, five air conditioners with two outdoor units have been delivered and installed. The collaboration was pleasant, the communication was excellent, and the result was beautiful, but more importantly, excellent. Highly recommended for anyone looking to make their home more sustainable.

Formerly LBM Klimaattechniek. After a year and a half, the air conditioning broke down and has now been stringing them along for six weeks to get it fixed. After every contact, they promised to fix it next Thursday or Friday, and then failed to show up every week. Repeated apologies were offered, but they didn't mean a thing when they didn't show up again. Contacted them again, got another promise, and of course, also commented on my review, which needed to be updated because they were going to fix the problem anyway. I made an appointment for a Saturday afternoon, canceled on that Saturday, moved it to Tuesday afternoon, and then received another email. "We're waiting for a refrigerant delivery, we'll keep you updated." A terrible attitude.
