As an expat, I don't recommend this place to expats. They gave us a wrong date for delivery, and then just one day before the agreed delivery date, they said we have to wait 7 more weeks. They can't just joke with people's plans.

After having Lawo pave our large garden (partially) to our satisfaction for the first time four and a half years ago, we asked them again to pave the second section. This time, they used pavers and grass concrete blocks. Once again, the work was done quickly and beautifully, with great craftsmanship. We highly recommend Lawo as an excellent company with excellent craftsmanship and a pleasant way of doing business.

Everything went smoothly, but the wrong color was delivered twice! First, the entire batch of tiles had a different shade than initially ordered. However, the difference was small and it was too much trouble for us to exchange them, so we just used them. A few tiles, however, had a third shade, so we decided to exchange those. These kinds of mistakes can happen, but they really didn't handle it well here. First, we had to return our tiles to the store ourselves (that wasn't a problem, as there were only a few). At the store, the saleswoman tried to explain to us for 15 minutes that colors can simply vary and didn't take us seriously. At some point, she realized that the packaging had a different color code and took them back. However, they never apologized or offered any help, but only blamed the manufacturer. Conclusion: generally, the store is okay if you don't have any problems. Always check everything upon delivery and do not accept the delivery if it is incorrect (you would have to return it yourself). Also, take good photos.

The work was completed to our complete satisfaction. It was a somewhat complex, non-standard project. They carefully considered the possible approach and execution, and the solution was resolved satisfactorily through consultation. No additional work was required.
