Horrible company with zero knowledge will definitely make it worse, then leave you in the middle of the winter. While during the summer, they will respond. Seriously, get a plumber but don't get this company.

Lanting isn't exactly an expert in installation. If everything had gone according to plan, my pipe would have been replaced, and indeed, that's what happened. I only incurred additional costs because my crawl space wasn't spotlessly clean. Now, I understand that the installer might have a less comfortable work environment than usual, but as an installer, you can expect challenges and unpleasant situations. I also wasn't willing to pay extra for this kind of nonsense. Ultimately, I had a word with the company and ended up having to pay it anyway. I won't be entrusting my installation work to these people again; instead of Lanting, I consider them more of a Picobello company.

Top-notch craftsmanship. During a renovation of an old bathroom, we ran into a problem connecting it to an obsolete Viega Pexfit water pipe. Lanting responded within 24 hours with a quick replacement and installation of modern installation materials, plus some additional tips and tricks. Kudos!

There was no craftsmanship. I had a fuse box installed last Monday, and the casing was burned out. The entire fuse box was black. My cat lost its tail because of this! Thank you so much! I'll never have anything installed here again. 😡

April 2023, a central heating heater purchased via the Consumers' Association. All information regarding the existing situation had to be provided before delivery. Delivery and installation by Lanting-IT from Groningen. Everything seemed to be going well, until heat was also requested in October 2023. First tried to resolve a few things via the helpdesk, then called Lanting-IT on their advice to replace a bypass. Came quickly, tried to resolve the "fault" following the complaint and left without it being resolved, with the message "I now know how your heating system works. That's a brain teaser, but I'll contact you." After about three weeks, I had contact in which it was promised that contact would be made. Unfortunately, this promise was not kept. A second promise was also not kept. After some time, a complaint was filed via the website. This too was not responded to. In other words; bad company with which no agreements can be made!!! The one star is because this is the minimum choice, but otherwise......
