What a horrible company! I've been waiting all day for a plumber to come, only to be called at 2:45 PM by a rude woman who wants to make an appointment and doesn't listen to me, but talks over me, claiming it's not their problem, even though it's their work that hasn't been completed as agreed. She then hangs up without warning. When I call back, the woman is silent, refuses to help, and has absolutely no empathy or understanding of my situation. Tip: make sure your employees always apply a mutually agreeable approach to customers. I am extremely disappointed with the way they communicate with customers. They don't even deserve a star! Not recommended.

Terrible service. My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. After I requested days off work for their planned visit to my home, they bailed on me at the last minute. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable and demonstrates a complete lack of respect for the client's time and commitments. They not only wasted my time but also caused significant inconvenience by canceling without notice. I cannot recommend this company to anyone, as they clearly do not value their clients or their time.
