This was the other party's real estate agent, but I still think this agent acted unreasonably. He knew nothing about the house, and afterward, our neighbors told us that some information on the questionnaire had been entered incorrectly. The agent wasn't cooperative at all. Finally, this agent was difficult to reach, almost never had time, and rarely responded to emails unless we informed the sales representative.

They do have some good tips, but my contact person could be much more accessible. I had a situation with this gentleman where I felt I couldn't have called at that moment, judging by his reaction over the phone. And the last time I called and left a voicemail, he didn't even call back! And to continue with our communication, this gentleman wasn't aware of any important changes regarding the transfer. He gave a clear, in-depth dig in front of the buyer. I think that was completely unfair. Finally, I was asked through Funda to review the real estate agent, even though the transfer hadn't even been completed yet. This left me with a bad feeling. I actually prefer the person who delivered the draft sales contract, because I felt he took the time to talk to me. My compliments to him. Sincerely, Udo Posthuma

Scheduling a viewing at short notice wasn't possible due to busy schedules. Evenings were exceptionally possible (due to a new job, you don't just take time off then), so we couldn't secure a concrete appointment. In the end, we only had three weeks!!! to come and view. Unfortunately, Leeuwarden is an hour and a half drive for us. This real estate agent is unfamiliar with the art of thinking and being flexible. Apparently, they can afford this nonchalance. Just called; the house sold right before our eyes. Apparently, there were still openings in their schedule for other interested parties...

Communication was excellent, and they responded promptly via WhatsApp. Two real estate agents were involved in the sale, and both were knowledgeable and service-oriented. Lamberink Real Estate Agents is highly recommended because they offer easy communication and genuinely care about the seller. The process also went smoothly; everything was clearly described in an online file, and we knew exactly what to expect.
