Just had a charging station installed by Laadpaaltje.com and can only say good things about them. They had the cheapest price out of all the quotes and fastest time to get the installation appointment. The actual installation itself was also very fast and well done. They could not make it for the first appointment and immediately offered me an additional discount for the inconvenience. Very professional and trustworthy company!

I had a great experience with Laadpaaltje. My car isn’t a common electric model in the Netherlands and it didn’t work with the first option they installed. They came back twice to make changes until everything worked perfectly. The electrician, also suggested a solution I had wanted from the beginning—other companies refused because it required extra digging to reach the right spot. Laadpaaltje went above and beyond, and the support was excellent throughout. I compared around 10 companies before choosing them. Their prices were competitive (about average), but the service really stood out. Highly recommend!

You only find out how good a company really is when there’s a problem. These guys didn’t give up, they put in so much effort and really knew what they were doing until everything was sorted. Super happy with their service and would definitely recommend them!

We contracted Laadpaaltje to install a home car charger in my parking spot, which involved digging through pavement bricks, laying the necessary cables, and then restoring the brickwork afterward. The charger itself was installed correctly and has been working without any issues, which I appreciate. However, the quality of the brick restoration was disappointing. After the initial work, several bricks were uneven. I contacted them to fix it, they came, reviewed the situation, and agreed that it needed further adjustment. They did make an attempt, but there was no noticeable improvement. When I followed up a second time, especially after noticing puddles forming when it rained, their response was that it was “starting to be annoying,” and they stopped replying altogether. It was frustrating to deal with this behavior, while leaving a visibly flawed surface. Edit: The company followed up and sent someone to make another attempt at aligning the bricks. This improved the situation and the rainwater flow.

Waren niet alleen snel met offerte maar ook met monteren. En goede prijs! Na plaatsten bleek de paal niet te laden. Volgende dag stond de monteur er weer en was het opgelost.

Volgens afspraak, leuke monteur, netjes gewerkt en goede uitleg en instructie gegeven over de app en het installeren ervan. Hij vertelde ook nog gepassioneerd over zijn kookkunsten ! Leuke kerel ! Ben zeer tevreden!
