Last week, two technicians came to our home to install a home battery. A month ago, I was honestly quite skeptical about the benefits of a home battery. However, after a thorough and clear consultation with one of the advisors, I gained a good understanding of the benefits and the actual savings in our situation. The explanation was clear, transparent, and based on figures, which gave me confidence in my decision. The installation was carried out professionally and neatly, and everything was clearly explained. We are very satisfied with the service. Buying a home battery involves several aspects. The configuration of the optimal home battery, the explanation of how everything works, both technically and in combination with solar panels, a heat pump, feed-in, the loan from the heating fund, the VAT refund, trading on the energy imbalance market, the correct energy contract (dynamic), the inspection before installation, the installation, setup, and after-sales service, as well as the installation of the application and its explanation, were all taken care of down to the last detail by the gentlemen from Laadbuget (Arsalan and Mohamad), with personal attention and adherence to agreements. Everything was perfect. The commercial aspects were also handled efficiently to ensure that the total price is in line with the market. Let's hope that Laadbuget survives in this dynamic market, where companies come and go quickly (as I experienced with the supplier of my solar panels and heat pump). Super! Pieter is heel vriendelijk, reageert snel en kon ook snel de zonnepanelen en laadpaal komen plaatsen. Hij gaat zorgvuldig en kundig te werk.
