Very satisfied with the service! We visited Kvik around 3 times during July/August, then confirmed the order for the kitchen parts in late August. The fitting took two days in mid October. Ron Souhoka who was our adivsor was very helpful, experienced and detailed oriented with our requests. He also gave good & reasonable recommendations. Our kitchen dimension did not allow us to create another 200 mm x 560 mm x 800 mm Onderkast (2 cm short), therefore they installed an open cast using a 586 mm x 920 mm panel. During the installation, we noticed the surface of the refrigerator panel/door was a little faulty, but they immediately replaced with a new one. We also found out that the drilling process also broke one of the boards; however, they fixed it by installing with a storage bin. It has been a little more than 2 months using the kitchen, and we are so far satisifed.

We bought our second kitchen here but had to chase them every step of the way. The kitchen was installed well and it looks great, but the whole process did not feel like we were the customer.

I have never had to deal with such an incompetent group of workers. Late deliveries, very poor communication, non follow up of emails, missing or broken kitchen parts. What a terrible service! The customer satisfaction was so bad that we are filling an official complain. That said, the kitchens are very beautiful but the whole experience is a nightmare. Giving it 1 star because less isn't possible!
