A truly top-notch company. Very direct communication. Email questions are answered within a few hours. But most importantly, two years after installation, we're still very satisfied with the installation of our window frames.

Four years ago, I had all the window frames in my house replaced by this company. I'm still very happy with the result. They are true professionals who also think along and find solutions. And importantly, they keep their promises, even after the sale/installation. I thought this was normal... But recent mediocre experiences with other companies show that to be a misconception. What a great company! We found them through word of mouth when we were still in the initial planning phase. I quickly received a good quote by email and an invitation to visit the factory. It was a very pleasant conversation; you can tell they're truly passionate about their work. We were quickly convinced and placed the order. From start to finish, nothing but positive feedback; the measurements are taken efficiently, it's easy to contact (both by email and phone), and changing the color of the window frames during the process was no problem.
