Looking for good old-fashioned service? Someone on the phone, explanations in the store, help with installation? I'm now a customer of Kunnen van der Gragt! Fantastic! I needed a new cooktop, not a standard size, of course. The first phone call quickly confirmed that this wouldn't be a problem; they can order anything, have it in stock, and even better, they even install/assemble the appliance. For a reasonable price. Immediately after installation (after just two days), they also repaired my kitchen cabinet (the door was loose, on the corner carousel). Great service! Friendly, knowledgeable employees.

We had our kitchen renovated by Kunnen van der Gragt. The result is stunning! What a fantastic result! Our kitchen looks brand new and is absolutely beautiful. We also bought all our new appliances from Kunnen van der Gragt, including a fridge-freezer, an induction cooktop, a new oven, and an extra built-in refrigerator. Everything was expertly installed and fitted! We wake up every day happy with our renovated, new-looking kitchen, so I highly recommend Kunnen van der Gragt. And finally... Today we had a very unpleasant experience at Kunnen Van der Gragt. In a kitchen we bought from another company, we have a drawer that no longer closes properly. Because we had a good experience with technician Chris Vlug of Kunnen Van der Gragt many years ago, we decided to ask them for advice. Last Friday, I contacted a man named Reinoud, and he asked us by email to tell him the brand of kitchen and perhaps the model number of the drawer. I did so and also sent some photos of the drawer. Because I didn't hear anything back, I called the company today. It turned out I was speaking to the director, Ron van der Gragt. He explained that he had decided not to take any action. When asked why he didn't want to do anything, he refused to answer. He then wanted to end the call without offering any further explanation. Very rude and very unfriendly to the customer. It's a shame that the good experiences with technicians Chris and Reinoud were ruined in this way. My advice: don't go to Kunnen Van der Gragt for renovation projects! And another piece of personal advice for the director: let someone else answer the phone from now on, because if you treat customers this way, you'll lose them. Finally, warm regards to Chris and Reinoud.

We confidently approached this company around February 2024. Our kitchen needed a makeover, including an induction cooktop and possibly different fronts. After a pleasant initial contact, someone came by to discuss our needs and assess the situation on-site. We then received a quote. Ultimately, we initially decided to install an induction cooktop with an extractor fan, and then proceed with the fronts at a later date. We accepted the quote for the cooktop. Kunnen and van de Gragt thanked us for their confidence and went to work on our behalf. The cooktop they offered wasn't available until April. An earlier model was immediately available. We then inquired about the differences between the cooktops and asked if there was a price difference between the models. After all, the older model often becomes cheaper when a new model is purchased. We then received an email announcing they were canceling the agreement, without giving a reason. We called twice more for clarification and were promised a callback. Unfortunately, this didn't happen. The purchase agreement had been concluded, and they unilaterally terminated it. Legally, this isn't allowed. Nevertheless, we left it at that and had the job done by a reputable kitchen specialist in Alkmaar. They gave us a nice discount on the previous model and ultimately saved €500. As far as we're concerned, Kunnen and van de Gragt are unreliable.
