Unfortunately we had to interact with this makelaar multiple times during house viewings. The only pleasantly professional interaction I can say was with Silvester. Beeuwke was just OK in terms of politeness. But Jan-Willem was terribly rude, cocky and unprofessional. In this overheated housing market, we cannot avoid such makelaars but tide does reverse and it will. If you read the bad reviews, you will see a clear demographic trend. So be prepared if you have to ever deal with them.

The agent called to make an appointment was very rude. And unprofessional. Just because of personal and medical reasons I missed an appointment before that doesn’t mean it gives them right to be rude. On top of the bad behavior I found them very bad listener.. the same agent attended while viewing and was super rude the entire time. Where they have to deal with the customers daily for their job should work on their people skills. Would definitely try to avoid them in future.

They were rude and unprofessional to speak with . Over proud of themselves and have no idea how to speak with buyers who can be the clients in future. I know housing market is on fire but that doesn't mean you can tell people that they will have difficulty buying if they can't do viewings during weekdays. They don't know that how difficult it is for people working for corporates is to get time off , let alone get time off twice a week to view the properties . I think they forgot the time when property market goes down.
