We are moving from The Netherlands to Spain and as we are staying in a temporary place first, we stored much of our stuff. Kuiper took it from a storage in Rotterdam to a storage in Gijón. We had some heavier and unusual items (woodworking equipment mostly) which was not a problem at all (I did provide a very detailed list including measurements, weight etc and made some wooden crates for a few of the items). Everything went very smoothly and communication with office worker Wouter and driver Bob was great. Very stress-free experience!

Shout-out for the customer service discussion I had today: We struck out on availability (bummer) but my sparring partner of Kuipers The International Movers gave me constructive suggestions and alternatives for other options that I could try. I REALLY appreciate this approach and attitude and if an actual move would mirror this interaction, I'd love to work with them in the future.

I had the worst experience with Kuiper for moving my goods from the Netherlands to Canada. Despite paying a significant amount for their services, the process was riddled with issues: Additional Costs: I was forced to pay extra for customs clearance and delivery to Calgary, even though this was clearly stated as included in the contract. Repeated emails asking for clarification went unanswered. Unfulfilled Promises: I was charged €700 for crating three glass tabletops, but the items were not crated as promised. Upon delivery, the glasses were poorly packed, leading to damage. Despite photographic evidence, they refused to take responsibility. Lack of Accountability: Communication was poor throughout the process, and instead of resolving issues, they made empty promises that were never fulfilled. I do not recommend Kuiper for international moves. Their lack of transparency, unprofessionalism, and failure to honor their contract left me deeply dissatisfied.

My move from the NL to Canada was a disaster, thanks to their shocking incompetence and deceitful practices. Here’s how they made an already stressful move a total nightmare: - Broken Goods and Broken Promises -Hidden Charges Galore -Zero Communication: You'll love Kuiper's customer service if you enjoy screaming into the void. My emails and calls went unanswered during crucial times, leaving me stranded and unsupported. I wish there were a no star option because even one star would be too generous for this company. Their unprofessionalism, lack of accountability, and outright failure to deliver on their promises cost me a fortune and caused immense stress. Save yourself the headache and choose literally anyone else. Kuiper doesn’t deserve your business.
