I rented through this real estate agent. It's great to be engaging, but adhering to agreements and responding to questions and complaints is difficult. Agreements are rarely, if ever, honored. Due to their negligence, I had to bail out several times because the neighbors went bankrupt, even though they were registered at the same address. This issue was only resolved after a year and eight months. The settlement process is also very poor. And I think issuing an invoice is difficult, and I suspect few people will pay expenses with a fixed amount without any substantiation. Transparency is hard to come by with these people. As a new tenant renting through this agency, I would definitely be wary and make sure you have everything in writing, because I have a very bad taste in their mouth about their way of working. Deposits are legally required to be paid within 14 days; there isn't one. My last tenant was on August 19th on July 31st. In addition, there was a takeover involving €1000 in furnishings, which hasn't been paid yet. It's bordering on theft.

We got the feeling they were working with hidden agendas. Our house was listed for six months, and there were apparently no buyers. Meanwhile, we received an exorbitantly low offer from a "colleague." After thorough investigation, it turned out to be him. Information is being deliberately withheld, and we suspect Mr. Kuin is acting more in the interests of his accomplices than ours. So be careful and carefully assess his integrity by checking everything he does and says. We went to a reputable real estate agent and sold within two weeks for €163,000 more!
