Unfortunately, I have to fully agree with Maral's review. A year ago, I outsourced my tax return to Kubus through a third party. Initially, that went well, until Freek took over. This immediately went wrong because they forgot to file the return. As inexperienced entrepreneurs, we immediately received a warning (and later a fine). We decided to take matters into our own hands. More than a year later, I tried several times to contact them by email, WhatsApp, and phone, but after more than four weeks, there was no response. Very disappointing.

I find it a real shame that it had to come to this, because I found Freek pleasant the few times I spoke to him. Yet, I've had an incredibly negative experience, resulting in me having to pay a tax fine because Freek has been missing for months. He doesn't respond to phone calls, emails aren't answered, appointments aren't kept... Meanwhile, my partner and I have outsourced our bookkeeping to another accountant, but due to Freek's negligence, I unfortunately received a fine for filing my income tax late, despite my request to Freek for an extension. After that, he disappeared without a trace, and we never heard from him again. It's a shame we didn't have any contact, but also a real shame that I'm out more than €300 due to Freek's poor communication. Besides finding it incredibly strange, I also don't understand why they can't simply respond to countless attempts to contact me. If there is a conflict, it's absolutely one-sided, because Freek never communicated about it. Freek, if you're reading this, I sincerely hope you'll contact us so we can resolve this. And if not, I sincerely hope you're doing well, because with such radio silence, people tend to doubt that.
