Last year, I had an air conditioner installed by KTB-Ede. His name was Nico, and he was very helpful. He tidied up all the cables and other things, and I also received practical tips on how to keep the attic floor cool in the summer. Excellent service, and I'll definitely order my next air conditioner here when I need one.

We had 3 heat pump air conditioners installed by KTB. We received the quote quickly and the installation was fast. They worked neatly and left no mess behind! We are very happy!

They came to schedule a job, promising I'd receive a quote within a week. After two weeks, I decided to call them myself and was told I'd have to wait. This happened at least five times (it took three months). I called again and was told it wasn't going to work out. No apologies or excuses. Thanks, by the way.
