sent them request back in Feb 2025 for checking feasibility to upgrade entire radiator system which was not ugent on our side and I was willing to wait however they never asked and replied that they can not do anything with short notice ... we completed the upgradations already with someone who respected the customer need rather than just being tranctional

They check our boiler and came on a Sunday in the middle of a snow storm. Super happy with their service. They always reply our emails quickly.

What fantastic service! Kruijswijk was closed for Christmas, but they made sure to be there within 45 minutes to fix any inconvenience. I'm extremely satisfied with the service provided by this family business.
