Coolblue's delivery drivers couldn't take my old washing machine because it "had no grip and was too heavy." I called this company (the closest moving company). For a reasonable price, they professionally and efficiently brought the heavy machine down from the attic. It was also nice that they didn't refuse to take it with them. Very satisfied!
