Our uPVC sliding door was installed in early 2022. During installation, we discovered a crack in one of the components. This was supposed to be repaired as soon as possible, but the factory didn't show up on the agreed-upon date. We rescheduled the installation, and one day before, we received a call telling us they had made the wrong part (even though this had been clearly communicated to them). They will likely arrive in January 2023 (hopefully). By then, it will have been a year since installation. All in all, very disappointed with the factory for making us wait so often and not paying close attention to the work that needs to be done. A uPVC sliding door is definitely not cheap!

We had a plastic door installed by an external company. For three years now, we've been having problems with the door due to a broken hinge. The door sticks on all sides. No response to emails. The external construction company can't fix it either. Customer service is non-existent! It's outrageous how they handle complaints, or rather, don't handle them at all.

At the end of January 2023, I had two window frames installed, supplied by Kozijnbouw B.V. During installation, it turned out that both frames had incorrectly drilled holes. The casement windows also turned out to have different types of locks. The incorrectly drilled holes were repaired after much insistence and some angry responses. Otherwise, Kozijnbouw B.V. seems to have no interest in its customers! It's a shame I was so quick to pay...
