I can't recommend this company to anyone. After reading positive reviews I've reached out to them end of July to schedule an appointment as I want to exchange old windows in my house. I had to wait for the visit till mid September, but I was ok with it. Visit went well - we've been informed about options, longer waiting time for installation and that I will get the offer within a week. After that visit I did not hear back from the company. I followed up multiple times about the offer and each time was assured I will get it. We are at mid November now and still have no offer from them. Very disappointing experience.

What a wonderful collaboration this was with father and son Krom of Kozaan! We had (almost) all the window frames replaced in our old Zaanse house. And it turned out beautifully. Real quality, and for a very competitive price, too. We received excellent guidance from both gentlemen from day one. I also have nothing but praise for the men who installed everything. They were cheerful and always helpful. It's a great experience when you have three people over for four days. Highly recommended!

Kozaan is a professional company with a strong focus on customer service, quality, and a commitment to excellence. We had our glass replaced in uPVC window frames. It wasn't a straightforward job, but everything was replaced with better insulated glass as agreed.

Vanmiddag de laatste werkzaamheden bij ons afgerond, ons hele huis voorzien van kunststof kozijnen, en nieuwe voor en achterdeur. Ik kan alleen maar zeggen dat ik ontzettend tevreden ben. M'n kozijnen zijn keurig geplaatst,en ontzettend netjes afgewerkt. De 2 broers ,Harry en paul die daar werken, zijn echte vakmannen , die hun vak verstaan.
