Extremely poor after-sales service. I bought a washer-dryer unit less than three years ago. The veneer under the washer and drawers is coming loose. I called and emailed several times. Four months after the initial contact, no one has yet come by to assess and resolve the problem. Absolutely terrible!

They came by and seemed friendly. However, they quickly became less knowledgeable, which is a shame. They were supposed to call for the correct information, but that never happened... oh well, probably plenty of work to do...

We had a bathroom installed by Kornelius and we are very pleased with the end result. Gert and Martin are true craftsmen and worked very professionally and neatly. However, the communication from the company itself could be better. We didn't always receive return calls, and some appointments weren't kept properly. Ultimately, everything was resolved to our satisfaction, but communication is definitely something we need to address.

They have no respect for the customer. They make promises but never follow up. It was a bathroom renovation. It cost us a month and a half of lost time.
