We were suddenly notified that the case was closed. I would no longer recommend Koos Rook to friends. Update 18-2-2026 After the review, I contacted Koos Rook again, and the case was resolved satisfactorily.

For the first time, I had my tax return filled out by someone else. This was due to the purchase of my first home. I called beforehand and asked about the costs. In our situation, everything was supposed to cost a total of €95. After checking the return, it turned out they had overlooked the appraisal costs (that can happen). Anyway, everything was finalized, just waiting for the invoice. I received an invoice for €302.50. An expensive communication error or misleading by the company. I sent another email in vain explaining that I had been told the costs would be €95, not well over 300. I paid the expensive invoice anyway and stated that this is not the way to do business and that I will never do business with them again. The only thing I got back was "thanks for the payment." Too arrogant to even say that they are sorry about how things turned out. Never again.
