WORST experience with Koops Haarlem. After our check-out they charged us 400€ for cleaning costs of eleven hours for a few spots we missed cleaning. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place when you’re looking to rent - you guys are a scam.

I rented an apartment through Koops last year, and some complication happened with the landlord recently. Koops were extremely helpful, quick and kind in their response to the situation! I probably annoyed them with the amount of calls and questions, but they were always helpful and patient! I wanna give a shout out to Bianca, she's very kind and friendly. She's also very generous with her time, thanks Bianca! Also, Maarten, he helped me view the new apartment and decide whether it's a good place for me or not, thanks Maarten! Lastly, Quirijn, who was really helpful and went in detail with me on how I can check out from my old place without losing my deposit, thanks Quirijn! Thanks to everyone at Koops. I will definitely contact them again when I want to buy my own place hopefully. I recommend their services!

I had a positive experience renting a place in Haarlem with Koops - clear communication, fast replies, clear terms. Whenever an issue came up, they reacted fast and kept me updated with a solution. Check-in/ out went smooth, straight-forward. My deposit was paid back fast, within the agreed terms. I have been recommending them to friends and other fellow expats, I consider them very reliable.
