We ordered and had special glass installed for the garage. During the measurements, we weren't informed about the potential drawbacks of this type of glass. They weren't very cooperative. After installing the glass, we noticed that: 1. The glazing beads weren't attractive: too large for the rebate and not mitered. 2. The glass installed the other way around would have been a better fit for the garage. We were willing to pay extra for the glass to be turned. We paid the original invoice immediately. However, the owner refused to rotate the glass, saying it wouldn't be possible. We ended up rotating the glass ourselves and reinstalling it. We also changed the glazing beads. Advice: Look elsewhere. They delivered the glass as agreed, but they weren't very cooperative, and the finish was less than amateurish.

We had a small caravan window installed with single glazing. They were busy for 15 minutes, and then suddenly a bill for €199.65 arrived. I called, but didn't get a friendly lady on the phone. She said it was all our fault, not theirs. Never let Koolen Glass install a new window.
