I recently posted a negative review about Kooij window frames due to problems with the doors and windows in our new house. The previous owner of Kooij refused to discuss the matter and referred us to the contractor who built the house. The new owner resolved the issue perfectly. We are very satisfied with the solution and happy that it has been resolved. The employees who carried out the repairs today were very friendly and knowledgeable. After emailing the new owner about the problems, they came by and resolved everything perfectly, free of charge. This is a service that many companies could learn from, and they offer good advice.
