I honestly don't understand why Kok Makelaars has such a good reputation. We went to view a house where Corné from Kok Makelaars was handling the viewings. It didn't get off to a great start because Corné barely welcomed us. He thought he was still on his break and had mistaken our appointment time. He gave us a bad feeling with how he handled the situation. "There goes my break, let's just quickly go through the house." During the tour, I had a few questions he couldn't answer. It's not professional, but I didn't mind it too much at the time. He clearly did care, because shortly afterward, I received a snarky remark. Something I hadn't noticed, but out of goodness of heart, he decided to share with us anyway. We were left with a bad taste in our mouths after the viewing, and therefore also with the house. Poor service, if you ask me.
