Can't speak more highly of Koffiewarenhuis. Had my Ranxilio SPX returned under warranty for a small issue with the hot water tap. The speed, service and communication from their part has been nothing but stellar. The machine was sent, serviced and returned in less than a week with visible care in every step of the process. The fast and friendly communication from their sales manager Bauke has been an outstanding part in this. In a time where you almost expect a company not to answer your emails within a week, Koffiewarenhuis has been extremely helpful and responsive. I received near immediate answers to all my inqueries and i was kept thoroughly informed throughout the entire process. The issue with my machine, albeit small, was fixed remarkably fast and with visible care from their service technician(s). Props to their packaging as well. I had it packed pretty securely in my return but they added a second box with foam to make sure no shipping damage occurred. A truly efficient, capable and respectable company from start to finish, something that can't be taken for granted. I'd be giving a 6-star rating if I could. If I ever need assistance or anything coffee related in the future I've found the place to be.
