A public thank you to the entire Koffiestore team for the excellent service. Unfortunately, the new machine arrived with a manufacturing defect, which caused it to automatically shut down and not even a single cup was dispensed. What an anticlimax. I first reported the problem to the manufacturer and then emailed Koffiestore a photo of the error message. I received a call back within the hour, saying they had immediately ordered a completely new machine and would take the old one in without any problem. No questions asked, just a perfect solution. That's what standing up for your product is, and that's why you go to a specialty store for such a purchase. Keep up the good work! Greetings from a satisfied customer. PS: The webshop also exceeded expectations; a purchase immediately gives you access to a loyalty program called "BonusBoontjes," where you can purchase premium beans hand-picked (with the roasting date printed on them).

Great service! Following a positive and clear review on YouTube, I ordered a Jura E8 EC coffee maker last Friday at 4:00 PM, including some accessories for pickup. A little later, I discovered they were closed on Saturdays. I immediately called the store and asked if they could arrange shipping. The response was very friendly, and they immediately started packing my package. Unfortunately, due to a delay at PostNL, I didn't receive my package on Saturday. The machine arrived today, and what delicious coffee!
