Yesterday, a new Daikin air conditioner was installed by two top-notch people from Koel-My. They worked incredibly efficiently and even helped put the heavy unit back in place.

We had a great air conditioner installed in our bedroom. While everyone else suffered from sticky nights this summer, we were able to sleep wonderfully! The staff was super friendly and delivered a beautiful piece of craftsmanship! We'll be doing the rest of the house next year!

Dissatisfied, they left the old unit on the roof to fix it themselves. All the connection hardware was also left behind on the roof. The exterior finish wasn't insulated, so I now have an open connection to the outside air with a cover. To finish it off, they don't follow through on agreements, meaning you have to stay home for several days to let them in.
