WORTHLESS COMPANY! DO NOT DO WITH THIS! Appointments are broken and cancelled at the last minute. Customers are left out in the cold, what a joke this "company" is.

I've been warned and will not do business with this company! I contacted them on November 22nd, November 29th, and December 1st. Each time, no one was available to schedule a maintenance appointment. I was told to contact them myself. I spoke to someone on December 4th, and the first available maintenance option was January 16th, which I booked. On January 15th at 2:00 PM, I received a call to say the appointment on January 16th was canceled because a duplicate had appeared in my calendar. I scheduled a new appointment for January 30th, and was told it would definitely go ahead. On January 29th at 3:00 PM, I received a call to say the appointment on January 30th was canceled because they had to attend a malfunction at a major customer. Apparently, they don't care about the appointments they make and prioritize the customers they profit from. They don't consider that you've already booked the appointment twice, and they feel it's perfectly acceptable to reschedule because a major client takes priority. So stay away from this company and choose a company where you actually matter as a customer!

Disastrous company. A while ago, I had a pallet stove installed, and due to poor installation, it leaked near the chimney in the roof. Significant damage and no accountability when I called. Ultimately, I just left it at that, but my advice is to stay away from them.
