We selected Jago based on his quote for tiling, grouting, and sealing our bathroom (we did the rest of the work ourselves). He visited us several times during the renovation, partly because I wanted to be sure the work we were doing would be sufficient for him to tile (we don't often renovate bathrooms). During these visits, he also gave us advice on the renovation we were doing ourselves. His dedication was high, and the work was very neat, on time, and as agreed.
