I had registered the request for maintenance service to my two daikin products several months ago via the website. I didn't receive any response/confirmation that it was received per email. Then called a few weeks later to confirm if my request was in the system, the person on the phone confirmed it was but that due to high season and me being an external client just looking for maintenance support that I'd need to wait until they are out of high season for someone to come by. Fine. I decided to wait. Then I emailed again this week because several months has now passed and get an email that my location is out of their service scope!!!! Ridiculous! Horrible service, absolutely horrible.

This company is very unprofessional and not responsive. They delivered faulty product with a delay of 35 days. Since the product was faulty I tried they sent a technician who fixed the problem which was good, however the next day the machine broke again with the same sensor fault. Since then I am trying the contact them by phone, e-mail, whats app, facebook etc... no response. Do not order from them, especially the mobile AC unit called Evolar ES-9000

Terrible, phoned thrice in search for an airconditioning mechanic. Different excuse each time "... but we'll definitely call you back when out sheduler is in!" Never heard from them...

Strongly advice NOT to do business with this company. They do not deliver their service and products, but keep making excuses for months.
